In a base of Almond oil, when the Jatamansi Oil is used for body massage, it will be one of the most calming, relaxing, and therapeutic oils available. Jatamansi along with Brahmi offers a feeling of comfort incomparable to any other oil.

After a complete body massage, dip your fingertips into the oil and gently massage your temples and forehead with the oil (especially before going to bed). Suggested Use

Rub oil into the scalp and massage with your fingertips using circular motion until you have covered the entire scalp. Couple this with a warm towel wrapped over the head, and left on for about 15 to 20 minutes. This helps nourish your hair as well as relaxing the body and mind.
