Punarnavadi Guggulu is a traditional Ayurvedic formula for balancing kapha in the kidneys, heart, and joints. It is a powerful detoxifying and rejuvenating combination that supports the healthy elimination of liquids and helps maintain balance of the water element within the body. Its main ingredients, punarnava, triphala, and trikatu are combined with guggulu to remove deep-seated kapha from the tissues. They also act to support the healthy circulation of the lymph and blood while promoting comfortable movement of the joints.
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon with warm water, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.
