Kapha Digest is the classical Ayurvedic formula known as Trikatu. Trikatu literally means "three pungents," as it contains the herbs ginger, black pepper and pippali. Trikatu supports healthy metabolism, allowing nutrients to be properly digested and assimilated, thus aiding in weight management.
