Commentary: Punarnavadi Guggulu eliminates kapha, helps to reduce swelling of the joints and soothes painful tissues. It maintains proper fluid circulation, aiding in the elimination of urinary stones and toxins from the body. It is traditionally used for kapha imbalances such as obesity, urinary stones, water retention and kapha-type arthritis. In cases of kapha-type arthritis, the joints are stiff and swollen, and may feel cool to the touch. The pain is usually more prominent in the morning, and may be relieved with movement. Punarnavadi Guggulu is a traditional formula useful for releasing this excess kapha from the body.
Notes: For overweight or obesity, also consider Trim Support For kidney disorders, including stones, consider Kidney Formula For rheumatism or rheumatoid arthritis, consider Simhanad Guggulu For vata-type arthritis, consider Joint Support For pitta-type arthritis, consider Kaishore Guggulu
