Safe Shopping Guarantee
Under the U.S. Fair Credit Billing Act, your personal liability
for fraudulent credit card purchases is limited to $50. In the event of
unauthorized use of your credit card occurring as a result of a purchase made at
Ayurvedic Herbs Direct over our secure server (through no fault of your own),
Ayurvedic Herbs Direct will reimburse you for your actual fraudulent losses up to
$50. To be eligible for reimbursement, you must notify your credit card
provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures, file a police
report and submit copies to Ayurvedic Herbs Direct.
