Ayurvedic Herbs Direct is the leading internet retailer of Ayurvedic herbs and herbal remedies. Our customers include forward thinking consumers who are looking for safe, proactive nutritional supplements that address common health conditions. We are a family-run business located in Southern California and we ship products throughout the United States, Canada and selected International destinations.

How does the Ayurvedic Herbs Direct Affiliate Program work?
Once registered as an affiliate, you simply select from the provided banners, buttons and hyperlinks and place them on your website. When a visitor to your site clicks on one of these specially coded links, then makes a purchase from Ayurvedic Herbs Direct you earn a 12% commission (UPDATE: Now through March 31, 2006, All Affiliate Sales will earn a 15% commission). Once a referral is made, commissions are earned on all valid purchases that customer makes within a 45 day period.

How are orders tracked and credited to my account?
Specially coded banners, button and text links are provided to you through Ayurvedic Herbs Direct Affiliate Program once you have signed-in to the affiliate program login. These links register your unique account with Ayurvedic Herbs Direct every time a visitor to your site clicks the link. If that customer then makes a purchase at Ayurvedic Herbs Direct immediately or at any time within the next 45 days, the sale is automatically credited to your account by Ayurvedic Herbs Direct.

How much can I earn?
Commissions will be paid at a rate of 12% (UPDATE: Now through March 31, 2006, All Affiliate Sales will earn a 15% commission) based on the sale amount (less shipping, taxes and returns) of each valid purchase made by visitors referred from your website through the provided affiliate banners, buttons or text links. All sales must be verified valid by Ayurvedic Herbs Direct and commissions are not earned on orders that must be canceled or refunded for any reason including but not limited to fraud, denied credit cards, unavailable items, per customer request, etc. Affiliate commissions are classified as pending until 30 days after the associated order date (to accomodate our 30 day return policy).

When will I be paid commissions?
At the end of every month, Ayurvedic Herbs Direct pays earned commissions direct to you, provided the balance is greater than $25. If your balance has not reached that amount by the end of the month, the balance will keep rolling over to the next month until it exceeds $25. At that time, we will issue you a check or send payment through PayPal.

Ayurvedic Herbs Direct provides affiliate program members with account reporting tools to track clicks, sales and commissions earned with a simple click of a button.

Is my website eligible for the Ayurvedic Herbs Direct Affiliate Program?
Ayurvedic Herbs Direct welcomes most websites, including but not limited to small personal sites, news, schools, charities, shopping sites and corporate websites. Anyone can submit an application, however, we reserve the right to reject or terminate affiliate relationship deemed unacceptable based on our sole discretion.
Expressly Prohibited Content and Practices:
- Websites that copy or resemble the look and feel of the Ayurvedic Herbs Direct
website.
- The use of any means to create the impression that your website is our website or
any part of our website including without limitation framing of our website in
any manner or URL manipulation.
- Discriminatory themes, promotion of violent groups or illegal acts, sexually
explicit sites including pornography and use of explicit language.
- Use of parasite software. Ayurvedic Herbs Direct does not permit affiliates to
promote using downloadable applications or software that redirects
traffic.
- Inappropriate advertisements including false or misleading claims and links,
or implying that CHD's products have been evaluated by the FDA or are meant to
diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Using search terms that compete with Ayurvedic Herbs Direct search ads or search results.
- The establishment of an affiiate account primarily for personal use (i.e. personal merchandise orders), with no new third party sales associated with the affiliate account.
- Sending unsolicited SPAM email.
Will it cost me anything to become a Ayurvedic Herbs Direct Affiliate?
Simply put... No - this program is 100% free.
